• Join IMPACT BRANDS as a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Create job descriptions and recruiting plans.

• Organize and conduct online interviews.

Requirements

• Higher Education.
• Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles.
• Experience in headhunting is a bonus.
• Strong team player in Talent Acquisition activities.
• Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Passion for recruitment and networking.
