The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals—such as nurses, therapists, home health aides, and administrative staff—for a growing home health agency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adequate staffing levels to maintain quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare required.
• Familiarity with licensure and credentialing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
