Overview

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is needed to support full-cycle recruitment efforts, sourcing and guiding top talent through the hiring process.

In Short

  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews and complete interview evaluations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for a smooth experience.
  • Administer assessments and background checks.
  • Maintain organized candidate records and track recruiting metrics.
  • Represent the company at hiring events and career fairs.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and market insights.
  • Support additional recruitment tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • High-level proficiency in English communication.
  • Experience in technical hiring for roles like Engineering or IT.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in MS365 and Google Suite.
