Overview

The Torque Coordinator role involves overseeing fastening requirements and ensuring quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, working closely with various teams.

In Short

  • Collaborate with General Assembly and Quality Operations teams.
  • Perform daily analysis on torque controller strategies.
  • Conduct torque tool calibrations and quality audits.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  • Manage ISO activities and external audits.
  • Support various improvement processes and internal audits.
  • Coach and support problem-solving initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings as needed.
  • Ability to travel based on business needs.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a Torque Coordinator role in manufacturing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of analytical ability for complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of fastening torque requirements.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
