Tax Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Tax Coordinator at Mattel will be involved in various activities related to the filing of Sales/Use tax and collaborating with the offshore tax team and internal departments.

In Short

• Engaged in filing Sales/Use tax returns
• Assisting in non-income tax audits
• Collaborating with various departments
• Researching exempt documentation

• Providing service to internal and external customers
• Identifying process improvements
• Working onsite 4 days a week with remote work on Fridays
• Requires associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Experience in accounting or finance is preferred

Requirements

• Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Experience in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Oracle or ERP system experience desirable
• Ability to prioritize tasks accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and communication skills
