Overview

American Girl is looking for friendly, dynamic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Service Agents. You will provide high quality customer experiences while supporting our premium brand.

In Short

• Provide exceptional customer service through calls and emails.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
• Input consumer data accurately into the database.
• Maintain product knowledge and service skills.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• Attend mandatory virtual training for up to 10 days.
• Work up to 20 hours weekly, with potential overtime.
• Support the team from September to January.
• Meet departmental goals for attendance and service quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School education/GED required.
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, preferably call center.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to act decisively and with urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and mature judgment.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of operating systems.
• Maintain high standards of email etiquette.
