Overview

As an HR Coordinator at Valon, you will support various HR functions, including benefits administration, compliance, HRIS management, and payroll, contributing to a high-performing, people-first culture.

• Support employee benefit inquiries and administration.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and run audits.
• Process biweekly payroll with the Finance team.
• Act as the first line of support for HR inquiries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High level of organization and problem-solving skills.
