The ideal candidate will be service-focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position.

In Short

• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen resumes and contact qualified applicants.
• Sourcing candidates via various platforms.
• Schedule interviews and prepare materials.
• Conduct interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Proficient with applicant-tracking software.
• Support HR-related topics for employees.
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and independent with initiative.
• Excellent time management skills.
• At least two years managing recruitment processes preferred.
• HRIS implementation experience preferred.
