Overview

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role will partner with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and promote a positive employee experience.

In Short

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and compliance tasks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new hires.
  • Support offboarding activities and ensure adherence to retention policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems.
  • Track and process employee status changes and personnel actions.
  • Conduct regular audits for data integrity and compliance.
  • Monitor HR inbox and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation.
  • Assist in documenting and improving HR policies.
  • Support HR projects, audits, and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR experience.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
