The ideal candidate will be sales and service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Join a top 100 US Insurance Broker as a Corporate Development Sales Associate.
  • Work fully remote, with a focus on the east coast candidates.
  • Identify and research potential new prospects via phone, email, or social media.
  • Generate and maintain pipeline reports.
  • Assist the Mergers and Acquisitions team in analyzing business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential acquisitions.
  • Support during deal structuring and negotiations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Passionate about business development and sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in Business Development.
  • Strong sales background.
  • Familiarity with Profit and Loss Statements (P&L).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (not required).
  • Insurance industry experience (not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
