Corporate Development Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Corporate Development Associate to join our growing team and help drive strategic growth in the crypto and iGaming industries.

In Short

• Identify and reach out to high-potential acquisition or partnership targets across crypto and iGaming.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, potential clients, and partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
• Draft outreach messages and articulate our value proposition.
• Organize and manage financial and operational data from target companies.
• Coordinate early-stage due diligence processes.
• Prepare high-quality materials, including pitch decks and investment memos.
• Translate data and insights into decision-ready materials.
• Maintain a well-organized M&A pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development.
• 2 years of relevant experience in crypto, blockchain, or iGaming.
• Strong skills in Google Slides and Google Sheets; Salesforce and deal-tracking tools are a plus.
• Familiarity with Affiliate business model.
