Join Rover's Corporate Strategy & Development team as an Associate, where you will evaluate growth opportunities through M&A and strategic partnerships, working closely with executive leadership.

In Short

• Evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Develop perspectives on potential M&A opportunities.
• Build financial models and conduct valuation analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with cross-functional teams.
• Project manage the creation of transition and integration plans.
• Set success criteria for deals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Work closely with executive leadership and board of directors.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytical roles required.
• Strong quantitative skills and communication abilities needed.
• Familiarity with the technology or pet sector is a plus.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or related fields.
• Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
