In Short

• Join Valon as a People Operations Coordinator.
• Support various HR functions including benefits administration and payroll.
• Be the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS.
• Process biweekly payroll with the finance team.
• Act as the first line of support for employee and manager inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Help develop and document HR policies.
• Work in a remote environment with a focus on employee experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative.
