In Short

• Join the Investor Reporting team at Valon.
• Support flow servicing tasks including seller coordination and fund application.
• Assist in reviewing and reconciling investor account activity.
• Validate loan purchase advice and funding data.
• Prepare documentation for client billing and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
• Participate in cash management tasks.
• Respond to internal inquiries during audits.
• Contribute to post-reconciliation analysis.
• Maintain awareness of servicing transfer processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or related fields.
• Familiarity with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, or Ginnie Mae is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Interest in finance or accounting processes.
