Loan Servicing Analyst - Remote

Overview

LPL Financial is seeking a strong candidate to join our Loan Servicing Team. As a trusted business partner, you will initiate/prepare loan closing documents for our advisors.

• Prepare and deliver loan documents and solutions for various servicing issues.
• Track divisional headcount changes and provide financial insights.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional business partners.
• Deliver world-class service to clients.
• Utilize strong business acumen and technical finance knowledge.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of management.
• Manage multiple ongoing work streams with strong organizational skills.
• Proactively solve problems and present recommendations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Loan Servicing Team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of finance-related experience.
• Closing/Funding loan experience.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with big picture analysis capability.
• Able to work with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
• BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline preferred.
