The Manager of Servicing Transfers will lead the team responsible for onboarding and offboarding loans, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations.

• Manage the Servicing Transfers team for daily operations.
• Ensure timely and compliant onboarding and offboarding of loans.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Create training materials for new team members.
• Handle audit responses related to onboarding and offboarding.
• Review escalations related to onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of management experience.
• 3-4+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
