In Short

• Assist in the development and evolution of the Group's Transfer Pricing policy.
• Support documentation obligations for Transfer Pricing in France and abroad.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams for transfer pricing calculations.
• Assist in existing tax audits related to Transfer Pricing issues.
• Help in the annual preparation of CBCR and related tasks.
• Review and observe comparable analyses.

Requirements

• DESS in Applied Taxation or business school diploma.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in IT tools and databases for comparable studies.
• 4-5 years of experience in corporate or law firm settings in Transfer Pricing.
• Good knowledge of French and international taxation.
• Understanding of OECD rules and Transfer Pricing guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for daily collaboration with team members.
