Tax Transfer Pricing Manager - Remote

Overview

Appfire is looking for a Tax Transfer Pricing Manager who will lead the transfer pricing compliance and operations function with the goal of operating like a best-in-class large-scale public company.

In Short

• Manage global transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Prepare analyses and financial models for intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and review technical memoranda for transfer pricing planning.
• Assist with international tax compliance and Forms 5471.
• Support acquisition structuring and diligence.
• Provide support to international subsidiaries for income tax filings.
• Continuously improve the transfer pricing function.
• Automate processes for transfer pricing calculations.
• Partner with R&D, S&M, and Finance for reporting and forecasting.
• Advise the Finance team on transfer pricing decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of transfer pricing experience in SaaS/Software/Tech.
• Strong knowledge of US and International transfer pricing laws.
• Experience with multinational technology companies.
• CPA, JD, or MS preferred.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment experience.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
• Integrity and problem-solving skills.
