Overview

Valon is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Cloud Infrastructure efforts, focusing on managing a team responsible for foundational infrastructure powering all products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role.
• Experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud systems.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of backend and infrastructure layers.
• Track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to mentor and grow engineers while fostering a feedback-driven culture.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers and containerization.
• A strong product mindset for scalable technical solutions.
