Overview

The Senior Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of Gametime’s compensation, equity programs, and benefits, playing a critical role in attracting and retaining talent through competitive total rewards offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, or CEP preferred.
• Experience in high-growth, remote-first environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Understanding of compensation frameworks and compliance.
• Proactive in exploring new technologies.
