Overview

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for managing global compensation and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining effective communication with employees.

In Short

  • Manage global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee payroll administration and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding for payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS.
  • Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in payroll.
  • Develop and enhance HR Administration SOPs.
  • Support audits in collaboration with Finance teams.
  • Research and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Facilitate financial literacy programs for employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Ability to work remotely with some onsite presence preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn HRIS and talent management systems quickly.
