Overview

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of total rewards programs across the organization, including compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and pay structures. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, legal compliance, and internal equity.

In Short

  • Own the design, implementation, and evaluation of global total rewards programs.
  • Strategic oversight of benefits programs and vendor relationships.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on payroll practices.
  • Lead the annual compensation and bonus cycle planning.
  • Maintain job evaluation methodology and documentation.
  • Monitor internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Ensure effective compensation planning and administration.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support executive compensation benchmarking.
  • Provide functional oversight to the Total Rewards & Data Analyst.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a post-secondary certificate/diploma and 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Honour's Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and job evaluation.
  • Familiarity with benefit plan design and payroll processes.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and discreet.
