Senior Clinical Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing clinical operations for projects at a regional or global level, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while managing Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and investigator sites.

• Overall oversight of regional CRAs to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Conduct monitoring support visits to ensure satisfactory performance.
• Assist in vendor management activities as required.
• Perform review of visit reports for quality and compliance.
• Proactive management of site and country performance metrics.
• Contribute to financial project management processes.
• Conduct regular global CRA calls and meetings with study sponsors.
• Provide operational support and guidance throughout the project.
• Develop training materials and study tools for CRAs.
• Ensure completion and documentation of study-specific training requirements.

Requirements

• College diploma/degree with 7-9 years of related experience or undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of experience.
• Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing specialty preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years CRA experience.
• Strong experience with EDC systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Understanding of GCPs and local regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
