Overview

The Manager, Software Development & Testing is a hands-on people leader responsible for the day-to-day execution, quality, and delivery of software solutions within Alimentiv’s clinical imaging ecosystem, combining technical leadership with team management.

• Lead software development and testing teams while contributing to hands-on delivery.

Requirements

• 7 – 9 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Experience delivering multiple production software products.
• Hands-on experience in backend and frontend application development.
• Experience with production systems across various technology stacks.
• 3+ years of experience in software QA testing activities.
• Ability to work within evolving technology ecosystems.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware and firmware integration.
