Overview

Sayari is seeking a strategic and analytical Total Rewards Manager to support the design, implementation, and optimization of global total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity, while building scalable, insights-driven analytics.

• Manage global compensation structures and equity frameworks.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and job leveling activities.
• Support annual compensation planning processes.
• Administer global benefits programs and optimize offerings.
• Build and maintain people dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Perform analyses to support decision-making in talent acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on compliance of rewards programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and tool functionality.
• Leverage AI to enhance HR processes.
• Communicate data insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in compensation and analytics.
• BS/BA degree in HR, Finance, or Business.
• Advanced HR certifications preferred.
• Experience in designing compensation programs.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, matrix environment.
• Experience with AI in HR processes is a plus.
