Overview

As the Head of Presales at Fundraise Up, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technical engagement with prospects, ensuring that our platform is well understood and adopted by NGOs.

• OTE: $225,000 - $250,000
• Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
• Location: remote in North America
• Stock options
• Manage and mentor a team of Presales Engineers
• Define and execute presales strategy
• Establish cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Guide technical discovery and ensure compliance
• Drive customer feedback loops for product enhancements
• Lead RFP responses and technical bids

Requirements

• 7+ years in sales engineering or presales role
• Deep understanding of technical discovery and integrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in developing technical strategies for sales enablement
• Proactive attitude toward solving complex challenges
