Overview

The Technical Support Team Lead will manage a team of Technical Support Engineers, ensuring high-quality and efficient customer support while focusing on leadership, operational excellence, and process improvements.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of 7 Technical Support Engineers.
  • Manage Lead Support Engineers for key support initiatives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and manage support metrics.
  • Work closely with Support Operations Manager.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
  • Support engineers’ professional development.
  • Ensure operational performance of the team.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Foster a culture of technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Russian.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in Technical Support.
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ support engineers.
  • Strong understanding of support operations and service metrics.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop support engineers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
