Overview

As part of the Customer Care Team at Doctolib, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting existing ones, contributing to the digitalization of healthcare.

In Short

  • Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Technical Support organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of five Technical Services Engineers.
  • Monitor and utilize success metrics to strategically enhance customer service.
  • Analyze support requests and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in technical support and team management.
  • Experience in change management and handling IT systems and operational/security risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and communication skills in German and English at C1 level.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
