In Short

• Serve as the Epic expert and trusted advisor for the enterprise sales team.
• Help large health systems understand the integration of our platform with Epic.
• Provide deep EHR knowledge to accelerate adoption and drive revenue growth.
• Lead Epic-based integration implementations and workflow optimizations.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and workshops for health systems.
• Bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Advise health systems on optimization strategies for Epic integration.
• Develop customized Epic playbooks and integration roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance Epic connectivity.
• Influence long-term account expansion within health systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Epic partner manager or in related roles.
• Epic Certifications preferred.
• Deep understanding of Epic's interoperability and enterprise-level integrations.
• Proven ability to articulate technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting health IT sales teams with pre-sales expertise.
• Strong knowledge of US-based healthcare and operational priorities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams.
• Additional preferred skills include knowledge of whole-person care models.
• Experience integrating Epic with emerging healthcare technologies.
