In Short

• Oversee onboarding and integration of new app publishers.
• Educate clients on best practices and product features.
• Act as the primary contact for clients post-contract.
• Collaborate with app publishers and account managers.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to enhance client outcomes.
• Prepare reports and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in Technical Account Management or Client Onboarding.
• Client-facing experience with various app companies.
• Experience with API or SDK integrations.
• Understanding of adtech KPIs and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Organized and detail-oriented with teamwork experience.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
