Overview

GeoDin, a global start-up and part of Fugro, is seeking a Sales Lead for the Americas to drive commercial growth in the geotechnical market through client engagement and direct sales.

In Short

  • Act as the primary sales lead for GeoDin in North America.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Setup trials with potential clients and assist in onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
  • Make GeoDin visible and appreciated in the geotechnical community.
  • Collaborate with marketing for enhanced lead generation.
  • Perform product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide feedback from clients to guide product improvements.
  • Travel up to 10% for client visits and events.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience in the geotechnical or related technical software market.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and demonstrations.
  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Passion for digital solutions and technology trends.
  • Ability to learn complex software solutions quickly.
  • Motivated to deliver commercial results.
