Americas IFM Lead - Remote

Overview

The Americas IFM Lead is responsible for managing a portfolio of client facilities, overseeing multiple Facility Managers and Engineering team members to ensure well-managed and maintained buildings while aligning with client goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 8-10 years of facility management experience.
• Experience in leasing, construction, and building management.
• Knowledge of human resource and performance management.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management preferred.
• Certifications such as CFM or BOMA recommended.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Ability to read construction specifications and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
