Overview

Freshworks is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader to coach and lead a team of Account Executives covering strategic accounts across the Central U.S. This role is critical to driving growth in the enterprise segment by executing complex sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS or enterprise technology sales.
  • 3–5+ years in a front-line leadership role.
  • Strong track record selling into Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
  • Experience selling ITSM, CX, CRM, or EX solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks.
  • Customer-obsessed with a disciplined operational approach.
  • Ability to develop strong teams through mentorship.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on scalable growth.
  • Champion of field enablement and learning loops.
