Overview

Demandbase is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Sales to lead our East Coast new logo acquisition team. This role is crucial for accelerating pipeline growth and building a winning culture focused on landing new enterprise accounts.

In Short

  • Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Create and execute territory strategies for pipeline coverage.
  • Partner with marketing and SDRs for outbound growth.
  • Coach the team on complex deal cycles and value-based selling.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with new prospects.
  • Report on business pipeline health and key metrics.
  • Enforce a repeatable sales process from discovery to close.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Success in building and leading new business sales teams in SaaS.
  • Strong command of outbound pipeline development strategies.
  • Expertise in navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience in coaching Account Executives to exceed quotas.
  • Data-driven with fluency in sales metrics and forecasting.
  • High energy and motivated in fast-paced environments.
