  • Lead, develop and inspire a highly talented team of Senior Enterprise Account Executives in the UK/I region.
  • Initially structured as a player/coach, transitioning to full leadership responsibilities.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.

  • Enable the team with necessary skills and tools for effective sales.

  • Accurately forecast and report team metrics to Senior Leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience.
  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience desired.
  • Process-oriented with a structured sales methodology.
  • Proven track record of sales accomplishments.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
