As an Account Executive, Strategic, you will be a key driver in expanding Freshworks’ footprint within Enterprise organizations, focusing on engaging multiple stakeholders and delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM and EX platforms.
  • Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs.
