Overview

As a Strategic Account Executive at Sigma Squared, you will be responsible for delivering revenue by selling and expanding the adoption of our embeddable intelligence solution across organizations with large front-line workforces. As a trusted advisor to executives, operators, and decision-makers, you’ll help customers use machine learning to identify the factors that uniquely drive talent, revenue, and performance outcomes and embed that intelligence into decision-making workflows.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, puts customer value at the center of their sales approach, can create repeatable processes where none exist, and is excited to join the ground floor of a fast-growing startup. This is a growth opportunity for an experienced seller looking to help us build a winning organization. In Short

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate accounts from SMB to enterprise.
  • Independently identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities.
  • Understand the unique challenges faced by HR/Talent and Operators to position our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing, focusing on long-term relationships.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and track performance metrics.
  • Play a critical role in the customer success journey.
  • Partner with internal teams to inform product decisions and GTM strategy.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven success in a self-directed role within a startup environment.
  • Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Talent Optimization and HR technology trends is a plus.
  • Bonus points for experience in the Hospitality/Food & Beverage industry.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
