Overview

The Account Executive, Strategic is responsible for developing strong relationships with customers across France, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. They will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

In Short

  • Manage and develop client accounts in person.
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and challenges.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders within each account.
  • Achieve and exceed financial targets.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with customers to ensure value from their investments.
  • Prepare timely reports on account status and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience selling to large, complex F500 businesses.
  • Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Trained in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Fluent in French and English.
