Overview

As the Inside Sales Representative - Account Management for our Moen brand, you will drive sales through project opportunity management to meet or exceed sales goals while being part of a high-performing team.

In Short

  • Drive sales and profitability for assigned regional accounts.
  • Support revenue attainment through driving promotions.
  • Maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend.
  • Create, manage, and close assigned sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Territory Managers and Strategic Account Managers.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to field sales.
  • Identify projects that require supply chain forecasting.
  • Leverage Moen systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel for meetings up to 10%.
  • Strong desire to drive sales in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to career progress and relocate for field sales opportunity.
  • Listening skills, energy, enthusiasm, and endurance.
  • Bachelor's Degree (nice to have).
