Overview

The Regional Director of Sales for Southeast Asia (SEA) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales strategy, and managing a high-performing sales team within the region. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence and partnerships across SEA countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The successful candidate will have strong experience in enterprise software sales, industry exposure to payments, fraud prevention, or e-commerce solutions, and a deep understanding of the SEA market landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership in B2B enterprise software.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Strong experience in the SEA region with market dynamics understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network in the enterprise and technology sectors.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
