Overview

LILT is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead a team of sales professionals, driving regional growth and ensuring high performance in pipeline generation and quota attainment.

In Short

  • Lead and inspire a team of 5-7 sales professionals.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on team goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools for performance tracking.
  • Prepare updates on regional performance for management.

Requirements

  • Experience in translation & localization and software sales.
  • 5+ years as a successful individual contributor and manager.
  • Specific experience in enterprise sales management.
  • Skilled in negotiating with senior management.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-departmental strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with a customer mindset.
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
