Requirements

• Proven experience managing large engineering teams.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar).
• Direct interaction with external customers.
• Experience as a system architect.
• Expertise in high-performance software and latency measurement.
• Strong background in multi-threading and multi-processing.
• Solid knowledge of Linux environments.
• At least 4 years of development experience.
• Fluency in English is essential.
