Overview

The Business Development Manager at Flores is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with health insurance brokers and clients to strengthen the firm's reputation and client base.

In Short

  • Drive sales within assigned territory and meet annual quotas.
  • Build and grow relationships with brokers and consultants.
  • Educate brokers and clients about Flores’ services.
  • Deliver creative benefit administration solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on IRS Code and employee benefit knowledge.
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients and brokers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in Dynamics365 CRM.
  • Travel 25 - 40% to maintain broker relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Experience in benefits administration or HR.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred relationships with health insurance brokers.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Understanding of high-level customer service.
