Recruiting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting Manager is a hands-on execution role responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting outcomes across Flex HR's client engagements. This person partners closely with the Director of Recruitment to run day-to-day recruiting operations, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a consistent, white-glove experience for clients and candidates alike. The ideal candidate is a highly communicative, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to grow within a collaborative HR consulting firm.

In Short

• Execute full-cycle recruiting across client engagements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct structured candidate screens and deliver concise summaries to clients.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout each search.
• Provide a white-glove experience for both clients and candidates.
• Participate in client intake conversations to understand role requirements.
• Communicate proactively with client contacts on pipeline status.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate across the team to deliver seamless client service.
• Support the rollout of new tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions.
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms.
• Experience with ATS or CRM platforms; HubSpot experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and employment law basics a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite; HRIS experience a plus.
