In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a recruiting strategy that attracts and retains top-tier clinical and administrative talent, helping us build a world-class team.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and KPIs to track performance and drive improvements.
• Capacity Management: Recruit for HQ roles and assist with clinical hiring during high demand.
• Sourcing & Sponsorships: Oversee and guide the team's sourcing efforts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Recruiting Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a management role.
• Healthcare & Startup Experience: Proven experience in healthcare recruiting.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a recruiting team.
• Data-Driven: Track record of using data to inform decisions.
• Strategic Thinker: Experience developing comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
