Recruiting Team Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re a U.S.-based tech startup, and we're looking to hire someone who wants to help our recruiting team level up their expertise.

In Short

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 recruiters.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Set performance metrics and conduct regular check-ins.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and close deals.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years in a management role within a staffing agency.
• This can't be your first time working remotely.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
