Overview

As the LATAM Recruiting Manager at TripleTen, you will manage the full cycle talent acquisition for the LATAM region, focusing on high volume roles and specific mid-level and senior positions.

In Short

• Manage a small team of recruiters for high volume roles.
• Work closely with the Head of LATAM for mid-level and senior recruitment.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from kick-off to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Generate recruitment metrics and KPI reports.
• Provide strategy and coaching to the recruitment team.
• Build relationships with Senior Regional Leaders.
• Must be based in LATAM, preferably Mexico or Colombia.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
• 2-4 years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong regional knowledge of LATAM.
• Demonstrated ability to guide hiring managers.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
