Overview

The LATAM Recruiting Manager will oversee the full cycle talent acquisition process for TripleTen, focusing on high volume roles in sales, student operations, and other G&A positions, while collaborating closely with senior leaders in the region.

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports.
• Must be based in LATAM, preferably Mexico or Colombia.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 6-10 years of full cycle recruitment experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong regional knowledge of LATAM.
• Ability to guide hiring managers in candidate selection.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
