Overview

As the LATAM Recruiting Manager at TripleTen, you will be instrumental in managing the full cycle talent acquisition for the LATAM region, focusing on high volume roles and specific mid-level and senior positions.

In Short

• Manage a small team of recruiters focused on high volume roles.
• Work closely with Senior Leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from kick-off to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track KPIs.
• Must be based in LATAM, preferably Mexico or Colombia.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 6-10 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 2-4 years leading recruiting teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to guide hiring managers toward optimal candidate selection.
• Strong regional knowledge of LATAM.
