Overview

As Recruiting Manager, you will be the department point of contact for your vertical and partner with leadership to implement best practices. Have an established network of skilled healthcare professionals and the ability to present opportunities in a compelling way.

In Short

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of social sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates and build a robust pipeline.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Track department KPI’s and coach talent to ensure performance alignment.
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner, influence and create trust-based, value-added relationships in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving, with a strong ability to analyze information, weigh options and take initiative to resolve issues effectively.
  • Recruit as needed and be a player/coach for your team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Competitive, go-getter with highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment, with strong negotiating skills.
